“Daif”, “we”, or “our” means Takamul Al Tatweer for Information Technology, a Saudi limited liability company that owns and operates the Daif brand.
“User”, “you”, or “customer” means any person using Daif Services.
Daif may update these Terms from time to time in line with applicable Saudi regulations. Your continued use of Daif Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
Daif enables customers to order items from registered cafés, restaurants, and shops through the app.
Menu, pricing, availability, and preparation times are set by merchants.
Once an order is confirmed, you will receive notifications via app, SMS, or email.
User cancellations are only possible before the merchant starts preparing the order.
Refundable orders: If canceled within the café’s policy, refunds are processed through the original payment method.
Non-refundable items: Certain items or offers may be marked as non-refundable by merchants.
If you fail to pick up an order on time, the café may treat it as completed. Multiple no-shows may result in account suspension.

Users must register with accurate details.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
Any misuse or unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
By using Daif, you consent to receive electronic communications for orders, account updates, and promotions.
Internet and a compatible device are required. Users are responsible for their telecom charges.
Daif may add, update, or remove services to enhance quality and comply with regulations.
All trademarks, logos, and content are property of Daif or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Users must not misuse the app, including fraudulent payments, false orders, or violating Saudi laws.
Daif may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. Users may delete accounts at any time.
Customers may leave reviews or ratings.
Content must be respectful, accurate, and not offensive.
By submitting content, you grant Daif the right to display it.
Merchants are responsible for food quality, safety, and compliance with Saudi health regulations.
Daif acts as an intermediary and is not liable for food quality or delays caused by merchants or couriers.
You agree to indemnify Daif against claims arising from misuse or violations of these Terms.
Daif provides services “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be subject to Saudi jurisdiction.
